Description:
     Taint is a pale repitilian alien. He wears a dull, metallic, crab-like suit. Incorporated into the suit are numerous video screens and communication equipment used to monitor the experiements progress.

Personality:
     (Best guess) Taint has a fanatical devotion to the Sole Jurisdiction. He gave up his life to be alone on Earth and monitor the Empire's great experiment. He is somewhat impatient, however, having activated the global kill-command when the JLA's interference with the experiment bothered him.
