Techno Remix

own techno remix of Sliders!
As many of you know, a few
years ago I put up the midi and mp3s of the theme songs (minus the words) on
this site and hoped that a song would sprout. I worked on my own and I
talked to a few people about their remixes and listened to them too.
(And if you're wondering, of course they were all good, and I'm not just
saying that!) Now I am pleased to announce that my very own Sliders
Techno Remix is available.
YES, THERE ARE TWO ! ! !
At this time I would like to take a moment to defend
peer-to-peer sharing programs. Because songs like mine
are rare and newly available, they benefit from open, free
environments. And I don't care if people sample,
broadcast, or otherwise enjoy my song. All I ask
is... If you say a song is by me, make sure
it's the original, un-cut version in its entirety,
thanks! People, let's face it, some music is free to
share, and that creativity shouldn't be squelched! Leave
p2p networks alone! Thank you!
Bridges
to the Multiverse
The first song was a work in progress almost from the beginning
of my journey, I abandoned the real first song after a while
because I just didn't feel that it was going anywhere. This
song however from the beginning has always had great potential and
now I think it's finally been realized. I want people to
understand though, that I'm not a DJ nor a musician, I simply
wanted to hear some spoofs on the show. When I made this
song, I wanted to capture the excitement of exploring new worlds
and I wanted to cover the entire series. So, for what it's
worth, here ya go, hopefully you'll enjoy it and even more so,
maybe you'll stop by my music page and remix something of your
own! P. S. If you do, let me hear it! :)

Dimensional
Nexus
The second song was actually a surprise and when I heard
it, I just had to run with it and make it a song. I was
working towards something different, but the final few pieces fell
into place in one night after visiting a friend of mine who is
a musician, and it turned out to be this song, kind of serendipitous
actually. Also this incorporates the beat from another song
that happens to be my favorite, see if you can guess what song it
is. It's a fairly famous one actually :) I was going
to add words to it, but while cleaning up some files on the site
for the first song,
I found that I had enough room for it, so I figured, what the
hell...
