(This script should go in the 4th or 5th season.)

Opening scene, Monica`s: (Rachel, Chandler, Monica and Phoebe are there.) Rachel`s on the phone. Monica and Phoebe are sat at the kitchen table eating cookies, Chandler`s watching TV.

Chandler: I can`t believe this, this is...this is worse than watching Joey`s milk pouring, ad over and over and over.
Phoebe: Why are you watching it then?
Chandler: Have you seen *her*?
Monica: Who?
Chandler: This woman, she wears see through tops, and..
Monica: You know what, I don`t wanna know.
(Door bell rings)
Chandler: Oh no! You wanna watch one lousy show a week, and every bloke and his wife with their faithful puppy dog rings the door bell.
Rachel: Yeah?...okay..alright then..i`ll ring you tomorrow mom...bye. (hangs up the phone)....God! She`s still worried I`m depressed about the break up....I can`t belive her...I mean...I`m fine right guys?....fine!
(No,one answers and Ross ignores her.)
(Door bell rings again.)
Phoebe: Hey, Mon, That`s when, you answer the door, like we talked about!
Monica: I don`t why they are ringing, no,one else does around here, people treat *My* flat like a....like a...well, like a flat which they can just wonder into why then are bored.
(Phoebe and Rachel frown at her. Rachel opens the door, to see the post man.)
Rachel: Yeah?
Postman: Okay, here`s your....noise parcell. It`s been driving the post office workers nuts! Take it! Take it! Oh, and sign here. (Rachel signs and shuts the door, looks at the others.)
Rachel: I didn`t order anything. What is it?
Chandler: A parcel?! Yay! I *Love* parcels! Open it!! Open it!!
(Parcel beeps. They all stare at it.)

Scene 1 (Central perk, Joey and Ross are sat on the table by the window, looking at two woman and three guys sitting in their places.)
Joey: So, Ross? Are you like, um over Rachel now?
Ross: Oh, yeah, sure. it`s been, well, a long time huh?
Joey: Yeah?
Ross: Four mounths, six days and five hours. But I`m totally, totally, fine about it. Totally!
Joey: Yeah? (squints at Ross, like he`s checking if he`s lying.)
Ross: YEAH! Why?
Joey: Oh, I was thinking about asking her out. You know, with me.
Ross: WHAT? Why, what? You? Why?
Joey: yeah, your *Totally* fine with it then.
(Ross reliseing he was joking hits him. Chandler, Rachel, Phoebe and Monica walk in.)
Chandler: This is excellent Rach, let me hold him.
Rachel: Him? What makes you so sure, he`s a him?
Chandler: He`s a she?
(Joey starts smiling.)
Rachel: It`s *my* tamagotchi, I`ll decide.
Ross: You got a what?
Phoebe: A cyber pet, a tamagotchi, a nano puppy, a virtual pet...
Chandler: Well, it`s really a data processor in a shiny orange key chain.
Monica: Yeah, and it beeps!
(They sit down on the table next to them.)
Joey: Um, Rach, what was the age on the box?
Monica: It`s only just been born, so it`s not a year old yet dummy.
Ross: He means the age for the toy.
Chandler: Three and up.
(Others except Rachel laugh.)
Rachel: Stop it! It was a present from my friend.
Monica: What one of those screaming women who spend their days shopping and screaming, and waving their arms around while they..scream?!
(Tamagotchi beeps.)
Rachel: Ooh, what`s wrong? Help!! SOmebody help! He`s beeping.
Phoebe: Try feeding it, God your gonna be a good mother!
(The other people leave, and they all rush to the sofa.)
Chandler: YESSS! My seat!
Ross: Okay, look. Rachel, you are just looking after this...this.. this toy, because your missing..
Rachel: Woah there! I`m not missing you!
Ross: I was going to say, a child. Your just broddy.
Phoebe: Then she`d have got a nano baby, not puppy, you Psychologist wannabe!
Chandler: I always wan`ted to be a Psychologist, you know get cute, vurable woman on *My* couach. Hehehe.
(Tamagotchi beeps again.)
Ross: That`s annoying me Rach, get rid of it.
Phoebe: No, I`m tottaly against her doing that. The animal has rights.
Rachel: And I can speak for myself, and I say, yeah what she said! R Joey: Plus she doesn`t have to take orders from you Ross!
Rachel: That too!

Scene 2 (Chandler`s: Joey is alone reading.)

Joey: Okay, I`m going to read this, without putting it in the frezzer! (turns the page)....No! You can`t do that! (Rushes and puts it in the frezzer.)
(Chandler walks in.)
Chandler: Hey Joey! I had a great morning at work. Now I got the afternoon to myself.
Joey: What you gonna do? Ski trip, coaning, ice hockey, read, write a novel?
Chandler: Er, I think i`ll go to Monica`s.
Joey: Yeah, good idea! I`ll join you.
(Walk into Monica`s. Ross is feeding the tamagotchi for Rachel.)
Ross: Oh! No I wasn`t doing anything.
Joey: Oh no, Ross! You weren`t looking after her pet were you?
Chandler: Ross, that`s gonna ploung you into the ex boyfriend friends zone faster than you can say Rachel I love you!
Ross: What? What? I was just...just feeding it. She asked.
Chandler: Yeah, and where is she then?
Ross: On a date. She`s with JAMES!!
(phoebe walks in.)
Phoebe: Hey guys!
All: Hey Phoebes!
Phoebe: I should write a song about this?
Chandler: About what? Me and Joey having ago at Ross for feeding Rachel`s pet while she`s out with a guy?
Phoebe: No, but that`s sounds cool.
(Chandler shakes his head.)
Phoebe: No, I mean about the tamagotchi.
Joey: Yeah like......Beep, deee, beep, beep eed de beeeep goes the virtual pet, and no,one feeds him. beep, de, beep goes the annoying plastic object, and still no,one feeds him!
(Chandler claps him franticly! Yah! Joey!!!)
Phoebe: That`s good, I think i`ll use that!
Ross: Oh God! Joey what have you done?!

(Comerical break.)
Scene 3 Central perk, they are all there.

Gunther: Rachel? I`ll feed your pet for you.
Rachel: You will? Oh good, I don`t wan`t him to die. My friend Susan, kinda checks i`m looking after her present every night. I ran off with her boy friend Joe, in high school once, and feel I owe her.
Chandler: That`s it!! That`s it! That`s why this woman has sent you, a 29 year old woman a tamagotchi Rach! She`s getting you back!
Monica: That`s the dumbest thing I ever heraed! It`s just a toy!
(Tamagotchi beeps)
Phoebe: Or is it!
Gunther: Now, you see Rachel, I`ll do it. It`s not too annoying for me!
Rachel: Cool, here you go. Now don`t forget to play with him, and put him to bed at night, and give him a drink, and well, don`t let him die.
Gunther: I won`t (in head says darling.)
Chandler: I worrie about that guy.
Joey: Me too.
Rachel: Gunther? ha!
Ross: Yeah, Gunthers a good guy!
Phoebe: Yeah, if you can call a guy who`s in love with Rachel and will do anything to stop her getting with any other guy, and hates you Ross with a passion good, then he is...indeed good!
Monica: Gunther?! Yer right! he employed her pheebs.
Rachel: yeah, and I wasn`t even any good.....oh, oh OH!!!
Ross: Well, I don`t belive it. He`s the resaon we broke up.
Rachel: Oh no, nothing to do with the fact YOU slept with another girl!
Monica, Chandler, Phoebe and Ross: WE WERE ON A BREAK!
Ross: HEY! We were!
Joey: How`d you know he`d say that?
Rachel: And, YOU still had her there when I came round!
Ross: Gunther told you. That`s why! It`s his fault! I`m gonna....I`m gonna.
Monica: Tell mom? hehehe.
Ross: Gonna, boycott central perk! Who`s with me?! (silence.)
Monica: What? Your not gonna come in here, just because of Gunther?
Phoebe: And you wan`t us to come with you? ha!
Chandler: Well, I see his point. It`s like Janice`s husband!
Rachel: What?!?!?! I didn`t kiss Gunther!
(Gunther over hears her and smiles then starts whistling.)
Chandler: Nooo? He seems to be happy right now?
(He whistels louder.)
Monica: Yeah, well, whatever, Gunther`s a nice guy.
Ross: FINE! I`ll leave alone!
Chandler: Wow, that`ll be a stong protest!

Scene 4 (they are all sat drinking and laughing and Ross is watching from outside.)
(Rachel sees him, and turns to Phoebe and laughs. Chandler sees him and shakes his head in dis belife. Joey looks and walks out to him.)
Joey: Ross, come on! Gunther didn`t split you guys up. Rcahel didn`t know.
ROss: I know. I do. It`s just, so hard you know. I just, I just...
(Chandler walks out to join the others.)
Chandler: Wan`t her back?
Ross: Oh, Hi chandler. Er yeah. I do. Things keep getting in the way.
Joey: Like mark?
Ross: Yeah, like mark.
(Phoebe walsk out to join the others.)
Chandler: but it`s not Gunthers fault! Come back in for a coffee.
Phoebe: Yeah, Ross, this is stupid.
(Ross gets pulled by the others to come back inside.)
Rachel: Ross, I..I have to tell you something.
Ross: Yeah?
Rachel: I`m going on a date with Gunther.
Ross: You what?!??! Oh that`s it! Where is he, I`ll...I don`t care, I mean, I shouldn`t care, I`m not with you.
Rachel: Hehehehehehe!
Monica: Sorry Ross, couldn`t help it!
Chandler: Okay, I have people to see, places to go, and TV to watch...
Joey: you do?
Chandler: Nah, I`m trying to sound less pathtic here, I`m going to bed.
Monica: At nine?
Chandler: At nine, I taped Bay watch, and then it`s to bed with a nice coco. See ya guys!
All: See ya!
(They sit there for a while in silence.)
Gunther: Okay people? Anything I get for you (looking at Rachel.)
(Phoebe, Joey and Monica all shake their heads, then see Ross`s face and decide to leave. Leaving Rachel, Gunther and Ross alone.)
Customer: Excuse me!! Gunther! I need you to wipe my table.
(He moans and leaves.)
(Rachel smiles at Ross awkwardly in the silence.)
Rachel: I, well, should Thank you Ross.
Ross: You should? What for?
Rachel: I dunno, I just feel, well. You were right. You know about Mark. He did wan`t more, and I couldn`t see it. I guess I should say thanks.
Ross: I never knew about Gunther though! Sly dog! It was nothing though, I mean you didn`t notice me for ten years, I was, well, worse than Gunther and Mark rolled into one. I was....pathetic.
Rachel: Hehehe.
Ross: I was, you know, it was for so long, I was, (looks into her eyes)
Rachel: Yeah?
Ross: I was......totally smitten.
(Rachel looks him in the eyes back.)
Ross: I would have done anything for you. I Loved you for so long Rachel. I don`t think i`ll ever feel like that again, you know? It`s like nothing I`ve ever known. Not with Susan, not with anyone.
Rachel: Really?
Ross: Really.
Rachel: And it`s gone?
Ross: And it`s gone.
(Gunther comes back from the table.)
Gunther: Here`s your pet Rach, I`ve had enough of that beeping! get it away from me!
(Ross takes the pet without saying anything and smiles at Rachel. She smiles back.)
Gunther: have I missed something?
(Rachel leans over to Ross and kisses him lighly on the check. She pulls away and looks at his face. He then, kisses her back, but on the lips, and then they kiss intensely.
Gunther: Hell!

Closing scene. (At monica`s everyone is there listening to Rachel and Ross talk about getting back together.)
Rachel: It was, like, like the first time, only better!
Ross: Yeah, brilliant.
Chandler: But where`s the tamagotchi?
Rachel: oh god! I forgot! Ross!!!
Phoebe: Ross! It`s all your fault!
Monica: Hey! Let`s not forget they are back together where they belong!
Joey: Yeah, great! But where`s the pet!
Rachel: I can`t rember, I mean we were kissing and..and...you had it last Ross.
Ross: Yeah, I took it off Gunther, he was annoyed with.....
Chandler: Gunther?!
Rachel: Oh God! Gunther! He`s got it!
(They all run to Central perk,)
Gunther: DIE!! DIE!! DIE ROSS!!!!!
Rachel: Nooooooooooooooo
Chandler: So it is a guy after all!
