CHRISTINA vs BRITNEY... With what seems to be the biggest leap to no. 1 in quite a while, "Genie In A Bottle" dethrones Britney Spears' "Sometimes" from the no. 1 spot. Christina easily jumps over last week's top 3 songs due mainly to the fact that I kinda got tired of all of them. On another note, TLC's "Unpretty" moves up to no. 3 and the video for this track premiered last week on MTV. I have to say that the girls made an excellent video. I'm sure the song will get more exposure and radio play now that the video is on heavy rotation.
GREATEST GAINERS... This week's greatest gainer is Ricky Martin with "She's All I Ever Had". This has been a favorite of mine since I got the album and I'm sure it'll be a huge hit like "Livin' La Vida Loca" was. The second greatest gainer is Vitaminc C f/ Lady Saw with "Smile", followed by Destiny's Child with "Bills, Bills, Bills".
COMING UP... Britney Spear's "(You Drive Me) Crazy", Jordan Knight's "I'll Never Take The Place Of Your Man", Blaque's "I Do", Mariah Carey's "Heartbreaker" & Sheryl Crow's "Sweet Child O' Mine".
