Not fallin' at all... Alicia finally makes it to the top with her debut single this week. "Fallin'" is now the year's 13th title to move into the top poisition, one more than last year at this same time. The next single, "A Woman's Worth", should be making its appearance on the chart next month.
She's back!...Britney Spears' "I'm A Slave 4 U" is this week's greatest gainer. The track lands at #19 in only its second week and could be cracking the top 10 as soon as next week. The Neptunes' produced track is from her forthcoming album "Britney", due on November 6th. The last time Britney had a #1 hit was with "Oops!... I Did It Again", which spent five weeks at #1 about a year and four months ago.
Hits from Europe... My favorite eurohits at the moment are: 1. Kylie Minogue- "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", 2. Emma Bunton- "Take My Breath Away", 3. Gorillaz- "19-2000 (Soulchild Remix)", 4. S Club 7- "Don't Stop Movin'" and 5. Jennifer Lopez- "Ain't It Funny".
New entries... This week's highest new entry is the follow-up to former #1 single "Drops Of Jupiter". Train's "Something More" enters at #36, followed by the All Star tribute of Marvin Gaye's "What's Goin' On" at #37 and matchbox twenty's "Last Beautiful Girl" at #38.
