WHAT A REMIX CAN DO... Yes... Mariah Carey is no. 1 with "Heartbreaker", although it achieves this only because of the excellent Junior Vasquez club mix. I am not very fond of the lp version and the song kinda stalled a bit some weeks ago until I got my hands on the maxisingle. Never the less, she is still no. 1, remix or not, and it marks her 4th visit to the top following the foot steps of "Honey", "Breakdown" and "My All", all three from her 1997 album "Butterfly".
GREATEST GAINERS... Destiny's Child "Bug-A-Boo" is this week's greatest gainer for a second week in a row. Although I wasn't too thrilled with the video, I still think the song is excellent and it should hit the top 10 in a couple of weeks at the most. Next is Jennifer Lopez with "Waiting For Tonight", which along with the third greatest gainer, "Music Of My Heart" by 'N Sync and Gloria Estefan, will challenge Mariah for the no. 1 spot pretty soon.
