JAVIER'S TOP SINGLES CHART

Chart Commentary...

He's got it bad... Usher's "U Got It Bad" holds at #1 for a second week in a row, but will face strong competition from several titles in the top 10 in the coming weeks. P!nk's "Get This Party Started" is already up to #3, Janet's "Son Of A Gun" jumps to #6, Shakira's "Whenever, Wherever" moves to #7 and Ja Rule's "Always On Time" lands at #10 after only 3 weeks on the chart.

Ja is definitely ruling... This week's greatest gainer is Ja Rule, and the second greatest gainer is... well, Ja Rule again. Both "Always On Time" featuring Ashanti and "Livin' It Up" featuring Case post the greatest gains in the top 40. It'll be interesting to see if "Livin' It Up" can gain enough strength to break into the top 10 at the same time as "Always On Time". If so, he'll be the first male artist ever to place two titles in the top 10. Previously, Janet Jackson achieved this feat the week of April 10, 1999 with her collaborations with Busta Rhymes and BLACKstreet.

Welcome... There are three new entries this week. Nickelback scores the biggest entry at #31 with "How You Remind Me", followed by DMX with "Who We Be" at #33 and Nelly with "#1" at #35.
