"Any place where important things happen is called Toronto."
Toronto at Dreamer's Rock
Ship Specifications
USS Toronto, NCC-86017
Intrepid-class
Multi-function/Explorer/Diplomatic vessel
Commissioned on Stardate 59610.01The USS Toronto is the latest of a series of Intrepid-class starships to come out of the Fleetyards. A multi-purpose vessel, it is in the same class as the lost USS Voyager. The basic technology of the Toronto is similar to the Voyager, most notably the use of bio-neural circuitry, and any differences are detailed below.

Deck Schematics
Like the bulk of Starfleet's ships, the smooth lines and graceful curves of the USS Toronto are more remniscent of a non-representational organic sculpture than a versatile vessel. As graceful as a Terran dolphin coursing the ocean waves, Starfleet ships are perhaps some of the most aesthetically pleasing in the galaxy.

DECK TWO
- Bridge
- Ready Room
- Briefing Room
- Upper Sensor Array
- Aft Bridge Airlock
The Bridge is the command center of the Toronto, where the senior staff spend most of their on- duty time. The stations on the bridge include: Helm and Navigation, Operations, Security/Tactical, Engineering, Science, and Mission Operations One and Two.
The Captain's Ready Room is located just starboard and aft of the main bridge. Here, the captain can meet with officers, and communicate with other people outside the Toronto privately. The Ready Room is also sometimes used for briefings when the briefing room is not available. The captain can also relax here, a refuge from the activity of the bridge but nearby in case she is needed. There is also a replicator in the ready room.
The Briefing Room is located just aft and port of the main bridge, and is accessed via the doorway just forward of the Operations Station. In the briefing room, officers meet to update themselves on the current mission, and to make decisions.
DECK THREE
- Mess Hall
- Captain's Dining Room
- Officer & VIP Quarters
- Astrophysics and Stellar Sciencs Labs
- Storage Bays
- Sensor Gear
The Mess Hall is an area where crew can get together while off duty, to eat, talk, or just relax. This area is similar in function to the "Ten-Forward" areas aboard Galaxy Class starships.
The Captain's Dining Room is a place where the captain and/or other senior officers can eat alone, this room is located right next to the mess hall.
