This page is dedicated to the former NBC sitcom "California Dreams" (which is now in syndication). The show is about a group of teenagers in Southern California who formed a band. Originally, the band consisted of four members: Matt Garrison on lead guitar, Jenny Garrison on keyboards and (powerful, passionate) vocals, Tiffani Smith on bass, and Antonie "Tony" Wicks on drums (these characters are played by, respectively, Brent Gore, Heidi Noelle Lenhart, Kelly Packard, and William James Jones); along with their manager Sylvester "Sly" Winkle (played by Michael Cade). However, by the end of the second season, Matt and Jenny were replaced by Jake Sommers on lead guitar, and Mark Winkle (Sly's cousin) and Samantha Woo on keyboards and vocals (these characters are portrayed by,respectively, Jay Anthony Franke, Aaron Jackson, and one of my favorite actresses, Jennie Kwan). In addition, the group got a major supporter in rich girl Lorena Costa (played by Diana Uribe), who allowed the band to practice in the loft of her parents' home (previously, the band practiced in Matt's garage). After five seasons (even though the length of the average stint of a high school student is four years), the group, having graduated from high school, went their seperate ways. With the exception of Jake, who eventually became a rock star, all of them went on to college to pursue their careers. With the exception of Mark, who was a music child prodigy, their aspirations weren't music-oriented.

Well, now you know a little about the "Dreams." Given that are an abundant of "California Dreams" Web sites out on the Net already, I feel it is redundant to display much more here (hence, the reason why it is called a "weak" page). However, there are some things here (listed below) that you may not find anywhere else. Whether or not this appeals to you (or anyone else), only time will tell.
