Marketplace
Through partnerships with Reel, CDnow and Barnes and Noble, I am able to offer the following items for sale directly from this site. Clicking the item or the link will bring you to CDNow's or Barnes and Noble's page for that product (or products), where you can view the current price, formats available (CD, cassette, VHS, Laser Disc, used book, new book, etc.), and then you are given the option of placing them in your cart for purchase, or you can search for the product of your choice (might I suggest Peter Frampton, the Bee Gees, Aerosmith, etc.). Prices will vary on used items, and stock will also be a factor, but it looks like they are constantly looking for out-of-print items, and try to keep them in stock. For a somewhat broader view (a peak at the "next" Sgt. Pepper-type thing, perhaps?), try Books in Film: Recent Releases. And if you're looking for something that is completely unrelated to this site, feel free to use the search engines provided below to order WHATEVER YOU WANT!!! Remember, anything you buy from anywhere on this site will support the Pepper site (this server space ain't free, folks!). So,go nuts!
Order from: Both stores offer RealAudio tracks from the CD. Yes, it's true! You can now order "The Official Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Scrapbook" by Robert Stigwood and Dee Anthony to have for your very own! "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" by Henry Edwards. Touted as "this year's most spectacular novel" - look for an extended cast of Our Guests in Heartland - including Jimi Hendrix (!). For complete running time and other movie info, click here. The Beatles "Walk This Way" by Aerosmith and Stephen Davis. This biography contains an entire section devoted to their Pepper experience (and the rest of their career, if you're interested). Available in hardcover and paperback.
If you know of any relelvant items I may have missed, please e-mailme by clicking the envelope below. Thanks!
