Reviews of Beast Wars Transmetal Cheetor

REVIEW SUBMITTED BY Phil Counterman

Beast Mode: Really, really awsome. Very smooth with excellent movement and good coloring. Genrally looks like and old Voltron Lion. Easily one of the best best modes of all the toys. Grey legs and head. Vacume metal torso and blue/green tail and feet.

Vehicle Mode: Easy as pie to get to. Two rockets flip out of the sides and that's it! Looks really neat and is a perfect replica of the show Cheetor. The only problem in this mode is that a hole can be seen through the middle of Cheetor's chest.

Transformation: Back flips up and front legs fold up. Beast head is folded down and split in half to form robot arms. Robot head is then pulled out of chest. The back snaps behind him and fits comftorably. Back legs are then straightened out and tail is removed. Tail becomes a club\whip.

Robot Mode: Also one of my favorites. Fully mobile limbs that are very blalanced the the torso. Alot a cheeta "fur" is visable in this mode to give him a nice look. I wish the tail was posable, but is still a very cool weapon. Even though Cheetor doesn't have a gun, he doesn't need one, as anyone who follows the show knows. Though the box doesn't say it, Cheetors arm can fold out in front of him and reattach to become his laser weapon. This looks kinda wierd, but it's worth it.

Articulation: 11 points total. Head, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and feet.

Rating: 10 out of 10. This is a must have. Even if you don't know what the heck a beast wars figure looks like and you collect Batman, you have to buy this figure.
Go get it NOW.
