Vehicle mode : Very good vehicle mode , excellent colors selected. Camo design is very nice looking. The propeller is made out of clear blue plastic , and so is the cockpit. There is a Generation 1 Autobot emblem embeded in the clear plastic of the cockpit , very cool. The missle lauchers ( which don't launch anything) can be lowered into attack position with the push of a button located next to the propeller.
Transformation : The transformation on this toy is not very complicated. No impossible movements , very easy and quick to transform to robot mode and back.
Robot mode : Excellent classic look to the robot mode of this toy. Looks like a Generation 1 Transformer. Not very poseable , only the arms and legs move slightly , but this isn't much of a problem , the overall cool look of the toy overshadows the lack of poseability. The eyes have a glowing eyes gimmick.
Weapons : Comes with two missle lauchers which have been stripped of the launching mechanisms. No missles included. The original Rotorstorm toy's missles did not meet US safety standards , so they were dropped from the toy. The launchers have some cool looking clear blue plastic on the back ends. They are hollow , and you can stick some old Transformer missles in them , but they can't fire.
Other notes : The instructions do not specify were to put certain stickers. You have to figure certain ones out on your own.
Overall : A great toy for it's Kay-bee price of only $ 9.99 . Classic look and feel worth the money , lack of poseability is not too bad.
