Vehicle mode: Nice looking jet with a good coloration pattern overall. Primarily white with red stripes on the ends of the wings and near the tail fin. Silver cockpit and two stickers , one on each wing , one of which is a Generation 2 Decepticon symbol making Skywarp the only small Machine Wars toy to have a faction symbol. Three retractable landing gears , no wheels on them though. All his limbs hang out from the bottom , making the underside dumb looking like the other small Decepticon jets. If you can ignore that , Skywarp has a pretty slick airplane mode.
Transformation: This is an autotransforming toy. Just push down on the nose and it springs into robot form. All you have to do is position the arms and legs and remove the two weapon halves from the legs and assemble the gun.
Robot mode: The robot made is kinda weird lookin' because this mold wasn't though out correctly , it doesn't seem to transform all the way making the nosecone stick out a bit. Colored primarily white and black in this mode with a yellow head that seems to break the color pattern. Can't grip his gun with both arms like the Megatron/Megaplex mold can. Really bad looking frm the side angle. Looks nothing like the original Skywarp bodywise or colorwise.
Weapons: The two weapon halves in his legs form the gun. It looks dinky without the barrel extension , but really looks menacing with the barrel attached , one big freakin' gun.
Other notes: If you are imaginative enough you can make a gerwalk tranformation out of this mold similar to the original Jetfire.
Overall: Worst mold of the small toys , but nice coloration makes up for it , even if it doesn't look like the Skywarp we all know and love , worth the asking price.
