To see Brian speak French click here, scroll to the bottom, and click on placebo.mpg, if u want to save the footage, right click on it and then click on 'save target as' (careful, it's 38MB and it's going to take a long time to download, but it's way worth it in the end). This is for ppl who've never had the opportunity to see him on TV before (or hear him speak French for that matter).
