What is IRC? IRC is Internet Relay Chat lor.. Imagine a vast number of people mingling with one another, perhaps at a large party... you are standing with a group of people who are having several conversations. Whatever you say can be heard by everyone else in your group. You can also eavesdrop on other people's conversations. If you'd like, you can walk from one group to another, join in one of their conversations or just listen. You can also invite someone (or several people) over into a corner for a more private talk....
there are many different channels in IRC,
but the channel which I usually go is #hong-kong, but sometimes you probably
will see me in #hongkong or #chinese
you probably will get addicted once you
joined this wonderful world..haha..
