Joel

Joel is Gale's new camera man. At first, he is very excited about the job, but after reading Gale's book The Woodsboro Murders he learns what happened to Kenny and changes his mind about the job. He doesn't want to get in the position of having his throat slit. His motto is: Report the news, don't be the news.

On the other hand, he conveniently dissapears every time someone gets killed or attacked. Is he really scared for his life, or is it just a cover? Maybe Gale's book gave him some ideas and now he's out to make the news.
