Someone Has Taken Their Love Of Sequels
One Step Too Far

2 years have gone by since the Woodsboro murders. Sidney and Randy are now students at Windsor College, and are trying to put the past behind them. But it's a little difficult since this weekend is the premier of the movie STAB, which is based on the book The Woodsboro Murders written by Gale Weathers about what happened in Woodsboro.

But it's no big deal. Everything in Sidney's life is looking up for once. She has a great boyfriend, Derek, and she's even got the lead in the school play. All she really has to worry about is the occasional prank caller.

Atleast until the morning after the premier when she learns that two students at her college were murdered by someone wearing a Ghostface costume at the theatre. Sidney immediately knows that her life is once again in danger. And although Randy is in total denial, Dewey apparently thinks so too, and jumps the first plane to visit Sidney. Even Gale is in town to get the story again. And strangest of all, Cotton Weary is now attending Windsor College also, since he was proven innocent and released from prison.

Sidney and the survivors of Woodsboro have to catch a killer quick before the killer catches them, or they become suspects themselves.
