The story of Natalia Cigliuti's life....

  • Date of Birth: 6 September 1978
  • Place of Birth: New York, USA
  • Natalia grew up in New York with both an older and a younger brother. Her parents are from Uruguay and she can speak Spanish fluently. Her career as an actress started with several commercials and appearances in the series "Unsolved Mysteries" (1988). On September 11th, 1993 she appeared on "Saved by the Bell: The New Class", and became a regular in following season.
  • Enjoys swimming, horseback-riding, roller-blade and soccer.
  • Graduated Crescenta Valley High School in La Crescenta, CA.
  • “When obnoxious men try to pick me up, I just say, ‘I’m 15 years old. You wanna go to jail?’”
  • “Saved By the Bell was a great learning ground for me. I learned how to work with adults. It was a show starring kids, and it was made for kids, but the fact is I was working in an adult world. You kind of grow up fast around that.”
  • “I don’t think I’m somebody special just because of how I look, but a self-centered character sure is a lot of fun to play. I get to say things and behave in ways I would never dream of in real life.”

Here is some recent information about Natalia. Of course her show "Odd Man Out" was canceled by the ABC TV Network. I live in Hollywood, just 10 minutes from Warner Bros. Studios where the show was filmed on Stage 10 there. I attended two episodes of the show and was sad to see it go. It had a great cast, and Natalia was wonderful and quite nice, as I met her at one show. Well, she's back, sort of. Natalia filmed a pilot episode of a new comedy called "Fresh Meat" on March 24, 2000 at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, California. Coincidentally, the show was filmed right on stage 10 where "Odd Man Out" was done. The current title is "Fresh Meat," though that could very well change. The show is about several friends trying to make it in Hollywood. The show is produced by Peter Segal ("The Nutty Professor 2") for the WB Network. I attended the first episode and I thought it was funny. Appearing on the show was actor Michael Rosenbaum (Jack Cooper) from "Zoe, Ducan, Jack and Jane" on the WB TV Network. When I spoke to him, he confirmed that "Zoe" would not be back next season, thus the reason he was shooting this pilot episode with Natalia. Apparently brought in very late on "Fresh Meat," everyone in the audience was quite pleased with his performance with Natalia and the rest of the cast. Also appearing on the show was Charlie O'Connell, brother of Jerry O'Connell (Scream 2, and Jerry Maguie). Hopefully the show will be picked up and appear sometime soon on the WB schedule and later, outside the U.S. Chris James
