(8/17/03 - 8/23/03)
A former James Bond running around in nothing but a red diaper? How can you *not* want to see this debacle! Zardoz is John Boorman's sci-fi epic about a society of eternals and the mortals they exploit. Sean Connery stars as Zed, one of a breed of half-naked exterminators who kill brutals for their god, Zardoz. Zardoz appears in the form of a big stone head that flies through the sky. If this sounds campy, guess what - it is! And thats the reason I'm recommending it. You'll either laugh yourself silly, shake your head in disbelief, or both. Easily one of the weirdest films of all time; definitely worthy of it's cult status.

A private detective is asked to solve a case for a man who isn't willing to give him very many details. The detective doesn't like meeting people, so his partner and front man deals with the client while the detective looks for clues. The story takes a few twists as the pieces start to fall into place about what's happening. A very intriguing mystery and good acting make this a fun movie to watch.
