Name: Dan S. (I don't like giving out my last name on-line), with the help and encuragement of Jason W. and Wes H.
Home: Troy, Michigan (a few miles north of Detroit)
Home away from home: Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Michigan (2 - 2.25 hours northwest of Troy, depending on how fast you drive)
Age: 26
How many reviews Jason and I have written for this page: 485+ (as of 4/03)
Hobbies: Watching movies (of course), collecting things that have to do with movies, going to concerts and plays (when I have money I'm not spending on movies), searching for coins lost in the couch, and hanging out with friends.
Favorite movie: Monty Python and the Holy Grail (Click here for the list of my favorite movies)
Least favorite movie: 187
Favorite types of movies: Stupid comedies (The Naked Gun), action/adventure and suspence movies with a little of a brain (Die Hard, Sneakers).
People I'm most likely to go to a movie with: Anybody (especially my friends Wes, Jason, and Kelly or anyone willing to pay my admission).
Favorite movie-going hilight: When a hair was caught on the front of a projector and left it's shadow on the screen when I saw the movie The River Wild. After fifteen minutes, a finger swept in front of the projector, creating a really big shadow on the movie screen as it went across. The finger missed the first time, but succeeded in dislodging the hair the second time to much applause.
Least favorite movie-going hilight: The elderly couple that Star Theatres insists on showing everybody during it's 5 minute warning before a movie. Wasn't anyone else's parents available during the shoot?
