He can read at an impressive speed and retain all the knowledge after the reading. He reads bio-chemistry for fun!!! Will spends his time as a janitor in MIT. And while cleaning the floors one day, he catches the attention of Professor Lambeaua (Stellan Skarsgad) by solving a math probelm. On the other hand, Will is send to jail after he hit a cop. Lambeaua offers to help Will out. Under the agreement that Will study math with Lambeaua and meet with a therapist. Lambeaua is in awe in Will's talent, but find that Will needs more work psychologically. Lambeaua lines up many counselors to work with Will but Will doesn't take their help seriously. Lameaua then brings in his old roomate, Sean McGuire(Robin William), to help Will out. While Sean works to assist Will, it seems that Will is also helping Sean. Their relationship turns out to be a strong one. Meanwhile, Skylar(Minnie Driver) is going to California, but Will refuse to go with her......
