This is a quote from the opening theme song of the 1991 Nickelodeon Television show, "Salute Your Shorts". It was my favorite show when I was thirteen years old and in the 7th grade. I watched it every time it was on, and I even have a video tape of almost every episode! It was a pretty silly, but funny show. But thats not the only reason why I watched it..."Dina" was the other!

Heidi played the character, "Dina Alexander" on the show. She was known as the "rich" girl at camp Anawana, and always held a reputation for being spoiled and always getting her way. (Of course the camp counsilor "Uhg" made sure that she didn't!)

Her best friends and bunk mates were Telly and Z.Z. As for her guy friends at camp, there was Budnick, Sponge, Donkey Lips, Pinsky, and in the earlier episodes, Michael. (He was later replaced with Pinsky, after he caught the chicken pox and had to leave camp.)

Dina always had guys on her mind. In the earlier episodes, she had a crush on the new guy at camp, Michael. He really didn't pay much attention to her, but his friend Donkey Lips did! Donkey Lips was the stupid, slobby, fat kid, and he always was after Dina. After Michael left, another new kid named Pinsky came along. Pinsky was more of a ladies man than any other guy at camp. Of course, Dina took a quick interest in him, but still, no response. Towards the last episodes, Budnick realizes that he has a big crush on Dina, but Dina would never, ever go out with Budnick. Budnick really tries, but still she shuts him down. But she finally sees what a nice person Budnick can be, and ends up falling for him too. It's these kinds of things that kept me watching!

Dina and the gang go through a whole lot of adventures and bloopers by just trying to survive their time at summer camp. Together, they all join forces to make "Uhg's" life miserable!
