Rocko is a show about a wallaby from Australia. He Moved to O-Town (he was actually snipped into O-town the real world) one day with his dog spunky. He met two friends named Filbert, and Heffer. Filbert is a geeky Turtle and is married to a doctor with a hook for hand. Filbert is always sick and if he falls backwards on his shell he can't get up. Heffer is a fat steer and was raised by a pack of wolves, only later he realized he was adopted. Rocko faces troubles with his neighbours, Mr. and Mrs. Bighead.and in a few episodes they're dog also.
