History :
I moved to Truro, Nova Scotia after my father died in
December 1969. I graduated from Acadia University with a
Bachelor of Business Administration ( B.B.A.) in May 1985.
My major area of study was marketing. Scotiabank hired me to
join their Consumer Credit progam in September 1985.
After training in Oromocto, N.B., I held positions as a Consumer
Credit Officier on Campobello Island, N.B., Saint John,
N.B., and, Moncton, N.B. My last position with Scotiabank was
as Assistant Manager, Consumer Credit in Doaktown, N.B. I left
Scotiabank on February 28, 1991 and moved back to Truro, N.S. Since
moving home I have worked at Sobeys, Truro Computer Services,
and Quality Auto Parts. In February 1996 I decided to apply to go back
to school at the Nova Scotia Community College - Truro Campus.
I was accepted into the Interactive Technology program.
I have now completed the first year of this course.
My main interest remains "Sound" but I am now also interested
in programming.
I am an amateur bass player. My main interest for being here
is to combine any musical skills I have with available hardware
and software to produce an Interactive Musical Experience.
I have been working on developing my creative skills.
The right side of my brain has been getting quite a workout.
