Aladdin
Aladdin is the hero of the movie of the same name. I would have to say that he is one of my top three faves. He proves he's a good guy by setting the genie free, and hey! he still gets the girl (lucky guy). His costume is awesome and his pet monkey, Abu, is cool. His character starts out as a street rat, hated by everyone, but by the end, he's surrounded by not only friends, but a Princess Bride (also a good movie), a family, a magical, blue friend and a flying rug, and adoring fans! Now, if only that would happen to me.
Aladdin is voiced by Scott Weigner (of Full House) and his singing voice is Brad Kane.
Princess Jasmine (Linda Larkin) catches Al's eye and heart at first sight when she ran away from the palace and dressed as a "Street Mouse". Lucky for him, the sultan bent the rules a little so he could marry her!
Jafar, the Sultan's "trusted" vizier, (Jonathan Freeman) is a big, cheating jerk. He steals the lamp, tries to take over Agrabah, and turns into a genie. He has an annoying pet parrot, Iago, and a remarkable similitude to a snake...
Riff-raff, street rat!
I don't buy that,
If only they'd look closer,
Would they see a poor boy? Nosiree...
They'd find out
There's so much more to me.
