Welcome to Venom's Lair one of my favorite characters in spider-man's history.I find this character so cool cause ... well he's weird, awesome and yet sensitive.
Venom,a.k.a Eddie Brock, first became Venom when Spider-Man first brought back the Alien Symbiote from another planet during the "Secret Wars" ordeal. When Spider-Man learned that the costume was a living organism he quickly got rid of it. During this time Eddie Brock was working at the Daily Globe where he was a hot shot reporter. Years later a maniac by the name of the Sin-Eater began a killing spree in New York, and had Spider-Man and Daredevil looking for the man, till one man stepped up saying he was the Sin-Eater and Eddie Brock covered the story revealing the Sin-Eater's identity.
Well needless to say Eddie Brock was at the height of his carrer and the Globe was famous, till Spidey and Daredevil, hours later, found the real Sin-Eater and captured him. Well the Globe was the laughing stock of the news media and Eddie was a wash up and fired from the Globe. Well guess who he blamed for all this, yup and Eddie's career was a joke, writing cheesy tabloids and stuff like that, that he couldn't go on. Being born Catholic, suicide was a sin but he could not go on living. Praying to God for forgiveness, the shadows began to move and it was the alien symbiote and feeling the same rage for Spidey, it quickly bonded to him, and they became the man you now know as the one, the only.....VENOM.
Venom is so cool that at first he was a bad, well sort of bad guy, beacuse he only wanted to kill spidey, but they later came to an agreement and he left New York, and headed to San Francisco. There he hooked up with some people and sore to protect them.
He is also, besides being one of the coolest heroes, a father as well. Yup all that aside he's a father having kids everywhere. I mean just check this out...
Well the Vman is always busy doing some crazy stuff 
that he always so unpredictable, but I bet it won't be long before we get to see him again as well. He's even a father in the future, the year 2099 to be exact..
