My name is Rich and I am Andy Garcia 2nd Personal Asst.. After Andy viewed your web site he had a couple of corrections for your page. First thing, Andy really likes the work that you have done on your homepage.
1) Graduated from Miami International Univerisity. [Should be - Florida International University]
2) directed the documentary music movie Cachao [Should be - directed a feature length documentary concert film Cachao como su ritmo no hay dos (like his rhythm there is no other)]
3) a number of Hisapanic movies and produced the movie and record Cacaho [Should be - a number of Hisapanic movies and directed the feature length documentary concert film Cachao como su ritmo no hay dos (like his rhythm there is no other) and produced Cachao Master Session Vol. I and Vol. II]
4) He, with his family immigrated to USA [Should be - He, with his family were exiled to the USA]
5) Andy Garcia's Own Company [this address should be omited. Andy would like that all corrspondance from fans go through his Paradigm address.]
6) They said a lot of woman would like to see me naked, but there's is not a lens long enough for that. [This line should be omited because this is a statement that Andy has never made.]
That looks like it that's it for now.
P.S. you do relize that you now have the only Andy Garcia Homepage that is correct in it's facts.
First, I am only an Andy fan, same as anyone of you. After I finished the home page, I wrote a letter to Andy and got this message through E-mail. If you will, you can do exactly same thing as what I have done. The purpose for me to show the message here is to say:
1. how easy it is to make a mistake. I don't know how I made the mistake to put "Graduated from Miami International University" in stead of "Florida International University". Although I didn't create this mistake, I spread it by carelessness. After I got this message, I checked the information I gathered. I found four places mentioning the name of the university and one of them is "Miami ...". For God knows what reason, I picked the wrong one. This mistake could have been avoided if I did more confirmation when I wrote. That is why we often find we are surrounded by incorrect information. As a scientific researcher, I can never forgive myself for making such a mistake. Here, I apologize sincerely to Andy and to all of you.
2. I am deeply impressed by Andy's correction from "immigrated to USA" to "were exiled to USA". I am overwhelmed by the love from a bleeding heart to his troubled motherland. I hope everyone visiting this web site appreciates not only Andy's good looks, but also Andy's good heart.
3. Through Andy's corrections, I now "have the only Andy Garcia home page that is correct in it's facts". How proud I am. Thanks, Andy. You are just the man as we expected. God bless you and I love you for ever.
