The character of Kim Possible and any other characters of the "Kim Possible" cartoon show are the property of the Disney Channel. However, these characters are only mentioned in fanfic #03. They do not appear. Therefore, this is merely a reference and not a copyright violation. Mr. and Mrs. Blum-Deckler, cousin Julia Deckler, Serge duPont, Josie duPont, Amy Toranaga, the Osterhaus twins (Maureen and Martine), Betty Moreno, and various nameless minor characters are characters created by the author, Steve Cross.
Beavis, Butthead and Tom Anderson were created by Mike Judge. All other characters, including (but not limited to) Tiffany, Quinn, Stacy, Sandi, Ms. Li, Mr. DeMartino, Mrs. Barch, Andrea, Burnout Chick Cindy (aka Burnout Girl), Jamie, Jeffy, Joey, Corey, Daria, Jane Lane, Trent Lane, other members of the Lane family not previously mentioned, and all other members of the band Mystik Spiral are the property of MTV. The author hereby disavows all intention of benefiting financially from these fanfics, with one exception: I am willing to sell these fanfics to MTV as scripts or ideas for a future animated series. I also intend these fanfics to be free publicity for reruns of the "Daria" series, and for the VHS and DVD issues of "Daria."
