Carol Featherton, a.k.a. Binocular Bandit, was recently released from the 'Titanic Jail.' For those who don't know, she was sentenced because she stole Captain E. J. Smith's binoculars. There was a whole long mystery were we needed some detective's help and luckily Miss Julianne Fortune solved the mystery. You can read more about the mystery in other editions of the "Titanic Times."
