I really wanted to be surprised with the Golden Globes..and they presented an award for as good as it gets and my mom ruins the outcome of best actor/actress. Then, you know what? Some silly leo fanatics ruin best picture for me. Im really pissy over this. I really wanted to be surprised. Whatever. And im annoyed with my new web browser and netscape isnt working. If it worked id have a ton of exclusive pictures for you. But i dont. So if youre lucky itll be okay by the next time. Pshaw. Okay. I saw titanic again for the fourth time last night. Its amazing the little things you pick up. whatever. im just really annoyed right now. Attatched is a the cover of Time Out which i shouldnt have purchased. Its a semi long article but it has like a page on titanic. Whatever. Best Director-Went to Cameron for titanic! yay! Best Picture-went to titanic..yay! well, i predict nominations (the oscars) for director and picture, and awards to score and song! all in all, not bad. Im mainly dissapointed that kate didnt win. i felt she really deserved it. Oh well. He was approached by her family, and im told he was rude. Oh well. Well..I gotta tell you what you already know..the movie is great, but I think I anticipated thi stoo much, you know, I mean..I so excited to see it that perhaps I didn't let the whole magic come in. I read so much about Titanic and the sinking that it became something cold to me. The only part in the movie in which I found myself crying was when he was already dying and told her to go on. And when I saw all those people dead in the water. It's still the best of the of the year though, and Leo is as usual the perfect guy! BUt now I wanna raise another question...for you to think about it and perhaps it's an excuse to see the movie again. OK...here it goes: DO YOU REALLY THINK JACK LOVED ROSE AS MUCH AS SHE LOVED HIM? I know this sounds like a loony question, but I'm sure all of you know pretty much the whole script by heart, especially his lines. He never said he loved her, not once. She did. He wanted to fun with her, and sure did like her. He knew he was gonna die, so he stayed with her. After all, now she was the only one he had. When she said she was gonna leave the boat with him, he said and I quote "This is crazy" ...It sounded weird, ya know. Since all of the people who are reading this are women, and we know men, and their reactions..think about it. Even before he died, he was loosing her and the only thing he could say was: "Have babies". So..think about, I might be completly wrong, but at least this will give you something to think about, rather than trying to figure out if the most beautiful person I just saw on the big screen is gay or not... Face it we don't know him period. I mean he could say one thing and mean another. He has to make himself look good to everyone. Be the "90's Romeo" and sweet talk everyone. I mean if he doesn't then who is going to like him? You can't really believe what you read in the newspaper or magazine or the media neither. I fig this out like two days ago. I am obsess w/ Leonardo no doubt about it but I am just obsess w/ the image of Leonardo. His face, his eyes, his body. what I can see. What I can't see of him then I don't know. And that is his true personality. I love him, but not Leonardo himself. I love the image that I made up of Leonardo. The all sweet and caring and loving and funny Leonardo (not that i am saying Leonardo is not all that but i don't know him so i can't say anything about him beside what i can see). Some people think they love Leonardo (not me anymore) but i think really they just love the image of him. the perfect image of him that they made up from all the good things that has been said about Leonardo in the media, magazines, etc. For all we know he can be this hollywood snob hot shot that thinks he is all that. But then he may not be. I can't say anything and none of us (that are obsess w/ him) can't either because we don't know him. All we see is the good side of him. No one wants to think about the bad side of him, because he is Leonardo DiCaprio the movie star. It's so unfair to him! I would appreciate it if everyone would cut it out and quit spreading rumors about him. I mean, how do you think he would feel if he read this? THINK OF IT THIS WAY: Why do we enjoy him so much? Because he's a great actor who can portray almost any character that can make our hearts melt. Because of his eyes that seem so pure. Because of the tiny streaks of blonde in his hair, or maybe it's the way he wrinkles his brow or twitches his mouth to the side when he talks. MY POINT IS: whatever Leo chooses to do with his spare time is up to him. None of you are fans because you heard his personality was great. Besides, what are you going to do? Stop going to his movies? No one can control what another chooses to do, and if you don't like it - quit being a fan and unsubscribe to this. Get a life.
