This Weeks Review: THE SIEGE

8.5 Out Of 10 Stars

The Siege is a very powerful film about terrorism at home in the United States. The intensity is overwhelming, as the FBI, CIA, and U.S. Army clash against and for eachother through all the confusion and terror of multiple bombings, in which hundreds of people are killed. Actors Denzel Washington and Annette Bening give some of the best performances of their careers. Bruce Willis also does a suprisingly good job as the Rebelious Military General. The music was also done good. The score for the film was low key, which is needed for a film of this type. The plot kept the viewers on their toes, but needs more attention from the audience than the average film. So if you see this movie, pay attention to what's going on, or you're mind will wander profusely. The Siege, is a great film, it has it's flaws, but what movie doesn't. I highly recommend it!
