Reading/viewing this website constitutes acceptance of these conditions:

• For those of who are writing Matrix papers for school and wish to use my site as a source remember that all the articles on this site are copyrighted. This means that you MUST list Dew's Matrix Fan Page (http://thereisnospoon.moviefever.com or http://geocities.datacellar.net/hollywood/theater/9175) as a source and site all references or quotes according to your teacher's requirements. Keep in mind that while I have tried to ensure the accuracy of this site's contents, I do not and can not take responsibility for any errors or omissions. In another words, you should not rely on this site's information without firstly checking it's accuracy.




• While it is not an academic requirement, I strongly encourage you to email me and tell me if you have used, or plan to use, my articles as a source in a paper. I ask for your feedback because it is the only way that I know that my site is useful and helps me gauge what kinds of new articles are needed.




• Under no circumstances is this site's information/articles to be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without prior permission.




• You may use my matrix images on your site, however, they MUST be uploaded to your own directory. I would also appreciate it if you placed my banner or at least my text link on your site if you do use any of my images.




• You agree to send any personal, private messages which are intended for the webmaster via my feedback form insteading of posting it on my message board or in this site's guestbook.

Now, for the DON'Ts. When submitting any information to my email box, message board, guestbook, or through my site's forms:

• You must be 13 years or older to post or send email through my feedback form. If you are younger, you need to get your parents permission.



• You agree NOT post your home snail address or home phone number on my guestbook or message board. This is especially important if you are a teen. Remember, the internet can be fun place, but please surf safely. For more information about internet safety, please read these Safety Tips For Kids On The Internet from the FBI website.




• You agree that this website is intended for Matrix FANS and SUPPORTERS ONLY. In other words, my message board, email box, and guestbook MUST contain only constructive, positive posts concerning the movie, The Matrix and its stars.
  
  
  
• You agree to provide a working and valid email address. If you don't want to provide one (whatever the reason), then do not post or email me.




• You agree NOT TO submit any content that is profane, hateful, hostile, threatening, sexually explicit, unlawful, abusive, harassing, obscene, vulgar, libelous, defamatory, or promotes violence. (Remember, children visit this site!)




• You agree NOT to type in all capital letters or use repetitive characters. It's hard on the eyes and typing in all caps is considered shouting.




• You agree NOT TO attack or threaten, etc other posters, the webmaster, the W Brothers, any of the Matrix stars, or anybody else for that matter. Please keep in mind that ANY threat of violence or harm is very serious.




• You agree NOT TO submit any unsolicited advertising such as junk mail, chain letters, commercial sales pitches, "Get Rich Quick" schemes, etc.




• You agree NOT to submit any information that is strictly directed to the Wachowski Brothers, Warner Brothers, etc. This includes business deals, autograph requests, and scripts.




• You agree that all forms and emails sent become the property of Dew's Matrix Fan Page. Their contents as well as any information derived from them may be posted in any format on this website or to another party. I also understand that all threatening, harassing emails/forms will be reported.




• You agree that Dew's Matrix Fan Page reserves the right to publish, edit, modify, delete, or not post any content submitted.
