A Message To His Fans From Jonathan Jackson
Jonathan wants to express his thanks to you loyal folks who have taken the interest and time to write to him and to the producers of General Hospital on his behalf. Your involvement, commitment and support of not only his character, Lucky Spencer, but of Jonathan's decisions regarding his career, his education, and his life has meant a lot to him.
Jonathan has had many decision to make, and he has had to make them in the midst of all the media madness. So much of what has been written has been inaccurate. While going to college was a legitimate option (Jonathan had passed his high-school proficiency test), it was one that had to be taken off the table so that Jonathan could continue to put everything he could into the lead storyline with Rebecca Herbs(Elizabeth) that he and the fans have enjoyed so much. Jonathan extended his contract (he did not sign a new contract), and this extension will be up very soon so he can pursue other avenues of his career, including movies.
He wants to say THANK-YOU to you for your kind comments on his behalf, for your loyalty, and your confidence. He cannot do what he does without YOU."
