Five of daytime's most beautiful stars are making history. They'
re the first daytime actresse's to appear on a billboard, high above Broadway near Time Square, and they're doing it as part of an advertising campaign for the new Jockey bras.
The unveiling of Jockey's new collection, coupled with the debut of the billboard, made for a fun afternoon.
All My Children's Esta TerBlanche and Kelly Ripa joined Erika Page (One Life To Live), REBECCA HERBST (GENERAL HOSPITAL) and Julie Pinson (Port Charles) for the festivites. The ladies took part in Jockey's fashion show by modeling the bras they posed for on the billboard and for print ads in magazine. Each of the beautiful ladies was escorted down the runway by a handsome guy. Mark Consuelos was at his on and off screen wife Kelly Ripa's, Cameron Mathison escorted castmate Esta TerBlanche, Erika Page came down the runway on the arms of castmate David Fumero. Julie Pinson was on the arm of real-life fiance Billy Warlock and Nolan North had the honor of escorting REBECCA HERBST. Later, on a signal from the gilrs, the billboard was unveiled to the delight of everyone.
The stars show off the bras they wore on the billboard.
The poster girls chatted up WABC's Lara Spencer.
Pinson and Herbst shared the story of their scantily-clag success with the ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT crew.
"This is great!" said Rebecca Herbst of the jockey billboard that was placed high above Times Square. The talented actress admitted that she felt honored to be included in the star-studded ad.
Across from the brand new Jocky billboard, Herbst signed autographs for fans. The actress though that the grand unveiling of the sign was "just amazing. It was a fantastic event."
