Shelby held him close, pressing her naked body to his. For a few moments, they were content just to hold one another. Then, Vegeta began to kiss her neck...working his way up to her lips. Shelby stroked her hands down over his shoulders and back to his buttocks. Her nails lightly drew patterns on his skin and swirled around the base of his tail. Vegeta picked her up, carried her to the pool, and threw her in.

Shelby surfaced, coughing and spitting water. "What was that for?!," she yelled. Vegeta just stood there, looking at her for a few moments with those intense eyes. He didn't answer, just went to get his pants. "Where are you going?!," she cried. "Away from here! To be alone!," he said quietly. "But...Vegeta, I...," she said in desperation. He simply stared at her. "The reason why there was pain and blood was because...," she began. "Because I lost control!," he interupted gruffly. "NO! That's not why!," she cried. "Oh? Really? Then why?," he asked, disbelief in every word. "Because I was ....a virgin," she said simply. Vegeta waited for her to explain further. She blushed. "This was my first time...having sex, I mean," she said softly. Vegeta could only stare at her, his eyes wide with surprise. "So, what your saying is...," he whispered. "Yes. That's why it hurt me. Not because you lost control," she said looking up at him. He dropped his pants and came closer to the edge of the pool. She held out her hand, and he took it. She gently tugged, and he relented by joining her in the cool water. She pulled him with her until the water lapped beneath her breasts. To his surprise, she wrapped her arms around his neck and rubbed her body suggestively against his. Shelby decided that she would have to be the one to initiate things because Vegeta still seemed wary of hurting her again. He heard her cry out, "OH!," and then, "Ooh, Vegeta!," and when she began to kiss him passionately and begged him to keep going, he knew it was pleasure she felt this time...not pain. He gloried in finally feeling her pulsating all around him. He pressed her up against a boulder behind the cascade of water from the waterfall. They were secluded behind the wall of water, shielded from any possible prying eyes. He moved inside her, thrusting in and out slowly. Shelby moaned and arched into him. Vegeta yelled at the top of his lungs, "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"  His whole body shook, energy fired in every direction, and the waterfall actually stopped for several moments, frozen in time! In fact, the whole world seemed to stand still! The only sound that could be heard was their breathing. Then, as if a bubble burst, sound came rushing back in, the water flowed once more, and the world continued turning. They held each other, trying to catch their breath, staring into each other's eyes.       Shelby reached up and ran her fingers through his hair. They both laughed when electricity crackled around her fingers. Shelby was torn... she wanted so badly to tell Vegeta just how much she loved him...that she would always love him, no matter what! But she knew that now was not the time. It would put him on the defensive and ruin the mood between them. So she kept it inside, only showing him how she felt by kissing him and holding him close.      Vegeta could hardly believe it.... he felt powerful enough to take on any challenge! Destroy any opponent with ease, conquer any planet with no effort at all! He couldn't remember when he'd felt this good. He was worried it wouldn't last. However, the look in Shelby's eyes told him that this was only the beginning, and that there was much more yet to come!
