Workshop in Brief: Throughout the program we will discuss the general aspects of Paganism from basics to advanced, including principles, fundaments and ramifications of such social, religious and cultural phenomena. We will shed light on its history -both modern and ancient- utilizing anthropological and anthroposophycal means in order to, cooperatively, uncover the hidden truths and differentiate the facts from the fiction. The ethics, laws and tools of Witchcraft will be observed and Mythological pantheons along with World Religions will be approached from an objective standpoint with the purpose of comparing, contrasting, acquiring and incorporating any belief that can, beyond doubt, enhance the inclusive knowledge of every student. The religious and practical uses of Magick will be explored in addition to ritualistic Pagan customs and traditions, embracing both Solitary and Coven life with the ultimate intent of providing student witches with the necessary information and instruments to incorporate your beliefs to everyday life and be sufficiently prepared to hold a riyual and/or other Pagan activities.

There will be 13 classes per cycle:

1. August 30- Introduction: Frequently Asked Questions & Magickal Symbols
2. September 13- Ethics, Self Responsibility & Spiritual Laws of Witchcraft
3. October 11- Pagan Principles and Rites of Passage

10.22.02
The truth is that life is hard and dangerous; that those who seek their own happiness do not find it; that those who are weak must suffer; that those who demand love will be disappointed; that those who are greedy will not be fed; that those who seek peace will find strife; that truth is only for the brave; that joy is only for those who do not fear to be alone; that life is only for the one who is not afraid to die.

Credo by Joyce Cary

Lift up the self by the Self And donīt let the self droop down, For the Self is the selfīs only friend And the self is the Selfīs only foe.

Bhagavad Gita (Sacred Hindu Text)

God within me, God without, How shall I ever be in doubt? There is no place where I may go And not there see Godīs face, not know I am Godīs vision and Godīs ears. So through the harvest of my years I am the Sower and the Sown, Godīs Self unfolding and Godīs own.

Unknown Invocation

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, let me sow pardon. Where there is doubt, let me sow faith. Where there is despair, let me sow hope. Where there is sadness, let me sow joy. O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek To be consoled as to console, To be understood as to understand, To be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we recieve. It is in pardoning that we are pardoned. It is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

A Simple Prayer by St. Francis of Assisi

I no longer try to change outer things. They are simply a reflection. I change my inner perception and the outer reveals the beauty so long obscured by my own attitude. I concentrate on my inner vision and find my outer view transformed. I find myself attuned to the grandeur of life and in unison with the perfect order of the universe.

Looking Inward- Daily Word

There are no more maps, no more creeds, no more philosophies. From here on in, the directions come straight from the Divine. The curriculum is being revealed millisecond by millisecond - invisibly, intuitively, spontaneously, lovingly. As one of Thomas Mertonīs monks has it, "Go into your cell and your cell will teach you everything there is to know." Your cell. Yourself.
