HORAY! The Washington, DC 10 mile Chery Blossom run is finished! Click HERE for pictures!
Monday, April 13th.    Our daycare provider took a 4 day weekend and thus we were forced to do the same. But with it being Dominic's Birthday last Friday it was ok!  We left the city and headed East for Ocean City, Delaware. In case you were not aware, Delaware was the first state in the Union and like Oregon, does not charge it's citizens sales tax! (I like it already!) Yes, you still have to pump your own gasoline in Delaware.   Here are some pictures from our four day weekend to Ocean City.    HAPPY 37th BIRTHDAY DOMINIC!!

After dinner, we waited an hour and then went to the pool!
In the afternoon we hit the beach!
We went back to the beach Sunday. This time a little more sunny and bright!
On the drive home, Sunday,...
Oh yeah, I painted a chalk board on our kitchen wall! I just need to frame it with molding.
I just don't know what to make of this yet.
We're here!
Saturday April 18th.  -  We attended a family style picnic hosted for Shana's Birthday. It was held at Seneca Creek State Park (just 10 minutes from our house). It is a state park inside city limits, complete with park rangers.   That evening, we ladies treated Shana to a "Pole Dancing" style aerobics class. There wasn't actually a pole, but we were definately "strippers in training" for the night. All those naughty and nice moves really make you work up a sweat! Good Exercise.
Alex Crawls through a tire at the "Recycled Tire Playground" in Sececa Creek State Park.
Alex is still into lining thins up in a row.
Shana and her daughter Sarah. Sarah turned 2 in March.
You know who, and who Jr.
Co-worker and fellow runner Dan in the background. In the foreground is co-worker Kevin's (not pictured) wife Jen and their young son Peyton.
My running partner, Jessie, plays "fetch" with Alex.  And Alex happily returns the ball for another toss!
This is the only Stripper Aerobics class picture I can post on-line. The others are far to incriminating.  It was a fun class. Lots of giggles from us ladies as the instructor told us to squeeze our peaches!
