The Airbrush Journal was first published in January 1891. This is the very first issue and is made available here by Andy Penaluna (andy.penaluna@btinternet.com ) an airbrush historian/illustrator and consulting editor of AA+A .
It is uncertain as to how many issues were published and for how long but if you take the time to read this one you will find that the ideas, problems, and concerns of the airbrush industry were then as they are still today! It is similar to the now defunct Airbrush Association newsletter. I have included all of the advertisement pages as well. These pages may take a while to download but they are worth the wait. There are 15 pages including the cover shown here. We hope you will enjoy this rare treat.
