Disclaimer: Pornography is an awesome cd by the Cure. I've chose 3 songs from it, *Cold, **The Figurehead and ***Siamese Twins. Gundam Wing is of course owned by Sunrise.

Scarred
Your back was turned
curled like an embryo

It hurt her to see him like this, pushing her away again. He was in pain, she could see it. She always knew when he needed her.
'I know that he doesn't want me, but I love him and he needs me. Patience. I just need patience.'
She walked away from him. It was what he wanted.

Take another face
You will be kissed again
I was cold as I mouthed the words
and crawled across the mirror
I wait
Await the next breath
Your name
like ice into my heart

"Relena." He whispered, knowing she couldn't hear. 'Come back.' He thought, afraid that she would.

A shallow grave
A monument to the ruined age
Ice in my eyes
And eyes like ice don't move
Screaming at the moon
Another past time
Your name
Like ice into my heart

It was summer, but she nestled under the comforter anyway. It was impossible to stay warm. Prussian blue eyes hid behind her eyelids. Peered at her from the darkness within her head. They told her to leave him in peace, but they haunted her just the same.

Everything as cold as life
Can no one save you?
As cold as silence
and you will never say a word

Heero got up from the bar and walked over to the woman who had been eyeing him the whole evening.
"What's your name?"
"Rhiannon."
'Damn too similar.'
"Well goodnight Rhiannon." He left her there and moved on to the blonde that had just walked in.

Your name
Like ice into my heart*

Relena clawed at the teddy bear in her arms. Her eyes were sealed shut but the tears managed to break through. The Cinq Kingdom lay in ruins. Epyon and Wing Zero clashed in the sky above. There was no regard for the civilains below as buildings crumbled and five foot shells, glowing red, fell to the ground. Children cried in the distance. Then were silenced for an eternity. Relena ran through the streets yelling for them to stop. Glowing green eyes changed to Prussian blue and the machines of death zeroed in on her.

Sharp and Open
Leave me alone
and sleeping less every night
As the days become heavier and weigthed
waiting
in the cold light
A noise
A scream tears my clothes as the figurines tighten
With spiders inside them
and dust on the lips of a vision of hell
I laughed in the mirror for the first time in a year

Heero shot up in bed, sweat gleamed on his skin. A cool draft crept across the room and sent shivers down his spine. 'Another nightmare, no big deal.'
A glance of skin on skin and his heart stopped. Stripped of its longing for the briefest second. He turned. It wasn't her. He remembered the bar and wanted to leave this place. He couldn't remember if he had paid for the room the night before, so he left a fifty on the nightstand before leaving. The pain was worse than before.

A hundred other words blind me with your purity
Like an old painted doll in the throes of dance
I think about tomorrow
Please let me sleep
As I slip down the window
Freshly squashed fly
You mean nothing
You mean nothing

She packed her last bag and left the hotel. She had a meeting on L2 and then she'd be able to go home.
'Home. Home is where the heart is. I have no home.' She thought as he drifted into her head. They had met at the park. His eyes were cold, but she could see the pain in them.
"Heero, what's the matter?" He didn't answer her.
"You called me here remember." Nothing.
"Heero please talk to me." She reached out her hand. He stood just far enough away that she couldn't touch him.
"I'm sorry to waste your time." He turned and walked away from her then.
'Heero.' She didn't say it out loud, not this time.

...I will lose myself tomorrow
Crimson pain
My heart explodes
My memory in a fire
And someone will listen
at least for a short while

He was there. She knew instinctively, like when a duck senses the hunter in the bushes. It flies away to escape and that's when the hunter shoots it down.
She didn't say anything. Words could never bridge the distance between them.

I can never say no to anyone but you...

He took the seat opposite her and just stared for a long time. He was happy just like this, but he knew she wouldn't be. He had to say something. He took her hand. It was limp and cold. He opened his mouth.
"Relena."
It was the only word that would come out. He closed his eyes and leaned back. He felt her weight come down on his legs as she sat oh his lap. Her arms were warm now, as she encircled his shoulders.

Too many secrets
Too many lies
Writhing with hatred
Too many secrets
Please make it good tonight
But the same image haunts me
In sequence
In despair of time

He listened to her heart beat, the rhythm of her breathing. Her fingers drummed along the nape of his neck. Her breath was warm and he turned into it instinctively. He could feel her hair tinkle his cheek. He opened his eyes. It was a mistake. She was too close. Her eyes were the color of the Mediterranean and he could see himself reflected within them. Distorted his eyes looked too wide, too blue. Like nothing human.

I will never be clean again
I touched her eyes
Pressed my stained face
I will never be clean again

He closed his eyes, licked her cheek, her nose, her lips. He breathed in her breath. Her life into his lungs, he tried to soffocate her, but she was as aggressive as he was. It was obvious neither would give up until they both got what they wanted.

Touch her eyes
Pressed my stained face
I will never be clean again**

He pulled her out of the chair they shared and lifted her like a lover would. When he placed her on the bed, she sighed and opened her eyes in time to see him lean over her. He reached behind her and undid the barrette that held her hair behind her. He pulled a tress forward and ran it through his fingers, across his cheek and over his lips.
"I can leave if you're not sure." His voice was steady, but his eyes ate into her hungrily.
"I'm sure." Desire burning in her as well.

I chose an eternity of this
Like falling angels
The world disappeared
Laughing into the fire
Is it always like this?
Flesh and blood and the first kiss
The first colours
The first kiss

He started with her hands. He loved her hands. They were soft and clean. They had never seen blood. He pulled her hands over him as if they could heal the scars he carried.
Her belly was so white. He laid his hand upon it and it seemed a hundred years old. He buried his head in her white belly and her chest.

We writhed under a red light
Voodoo smile
Siamese twins
A girl at the window looks at me for an hour
Then everything falls apart
Broken inside me
It falls apart

She felt the hot tears falling onto her body and tried to soothe them away. She stroked his hair and his back. She kissed his forehead when she called his name. His face returned to hers and she cleaned the tears off it. His thumbs pressed into her cheeks and their eyes met, brandishing them both.

The walls and the ceiling move in time
Push a blade into my hands
Slowly up the stairs
and into the room
Is it always like this?

She was whimpering. This was her first time and he was hurting her, but she pulled him closer to her all the same. He would have spared her if he could, but it was too late. He was lost inside her.

Dancing in my pocket
Worms eat my skin
She glows and grows
with arms outstretched
her legs around me

When he pulled away from her there was blood. There was blood in everything he did. He couldn't escape it. Now he had brought it to her. Shakes snaked down his spine and she held him closer. Mumbling comforting words that soffocated him.

In the morning I cried

He dressed in the dark. She was lovely like an angel. A glowing creature in the moonlight that called to him. Begging him to stay, but he had done enough damage. He leaned over and kissed her forehead, whispering a soft apology into her hair. A spot of blood reminded him that he didn't belong here. If she was an angel, he was a demon.

Leave me to die
You won't remember my voice
I walked away and grew old
You never talk
We never smile
I scream
You're nothing
I don't need you anymore
You're nothing

The pain that had seemed a dull ache pierced him now. Tears fell from his eyes and the shaking got worse. He briefly wondered if he could die from this.

It fades and spins

When she awoke she felt cold. Her skin was bare and the comforter was pooled at the base of the bed. She hadn't expected him to stay. She leaned over and pulled the comforter around her. It didn't make her feel any warmer.

Sing out loud
We all die
Laughing into the fire

After she boarded the plane for L2 she looked out the window. She thought maybe he'd be there. She didn't see him though. She closed her eyes and placed the night before her mind. He had only said one thing to her the whole time.
"Relena, you're killing me."

Is it always like this?***
