Adrienne Frantz plays Amber Moore Forrester, the one time wife of Rick Forrester, a two timing hypocrite. Amber is a misfit in hot pursuit of her dreams of being a singer, which isn't such a stretch says Adrienne, "I've always been a wierd one."
This talented young actress has already been in two feature films,
Jimmy Zip, which won first place at the independent film festival(yay Adrienne!) and comes out in theathers this fall, and Speedway Junky, which has a cast including Jonathon Taylor Thomas, Tiffani-Amber Theisen among others, and is Gus van Sant's dark tale of runaway kids living on the streets of Las Vegas.
Not only is Adrienne an amazing actress, but she is also a gifted singer/song writer. Since the age of 16, she has been belting out her own self written tunes. Lucky for her, a music executive noticed her talents at a Charity event and quickly enlisted her demo tape to A&R executives at several major record labels. She is so great that she won "Best female vocalist" honors for 1997 at the Los Angeles International Music Awards. Adrienne has performed a few of her songs on B&B, and was tapped to co-write and perform the title song for
Jimmy Zip.
Adrienne's career started in her home town of Mount Clemens, Michigan. An outgoing only child, she started at age 3 holding private dance recitals. By the time she was 13, everyone in Detriot had heard her rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner", which she performed at numerous Pistons, Neons and Viper games.
At 16, Adrienne left her hometown for New York City, where she landed many commercials. Soon she was chosen to do vocals for the Movie of the Week production of "Bye Bye Birdie", which starred Jason Alexander, among others. While she was enrolled in her freshman year of college at Marymount College in New York City, Adrienne won the role of teen runaway Tiffany Thorne on the now off the air (may it rest in peace, Sunset Beach was the best ever, I miss it SOOOO much!!! Sorry for my outburst....) Aaron Spelling soap opera, Sunset Beach.
During her free time, Adrienne enjoys writing poetry, composing music, attending concerts, skiing, playing softball and relaxing with her 2 kitties, Cuddles Patricia and Angel La Rue. Adrienne's birthday is June 7th. She is about 5`4, has blonde hair, and blue/yellow eyes(just like mine!!!) which she describes as "cat eyes".
