| Bring in a ragdoll or
something similar. You introduce her to the chapter as "Miss IDA"... . "She is full of excuses as to why she can't stay motivated and on track with her eating plan.' The leader begins by holding Miss IDA and and makes a statement beginning with "IDA".... Examples: "IDA lost weight if .........", or "IDA done better this week if .........." , or "IDA had a better week if ........" As "MISS IDA" is passed around the room and each member makes a statement beginning with "IDA....." As each excuse/comment is made, encourage the chapter disucuss it and offer ways to help. |
