Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 90 quarter credit hours distributed as follows:
Human behavior in the social environment...................................8 credit hours
Social welfare policy and services...............................................8 credit hours
Research....................................................................................8 credit hours
Generalist social work practice..................................................12 credit hours
Advanced social work practice..................................................12 credit hours
Practicum..................................................................................36 credit hours
Electives.....................................................................................6 credit hours
A cumulative grade point average of 3.00 in all courses numbered 500 or above and a grade of Pass in all practicum courses.
Completion of all course work, including transferred credits, within the seven calendar years prior to the awarding of the degree.
Completion of the final 45 quarter credit hours of course work at Portland State University.

ADVANCED CONCENTRATIONS
Students admitted to the Graduate School of Social Work enroll in generalist practice their first year. In the spring term of the year they enroll in generalist practice they select an advanced concentration in Direct Human Services, Community-Based Practice, or Social Service Program Management for their second year field placement. The advanced concentration selected by the student gives direction to the social work practice courses taken during the course of study and provides a focus for the kinds of learning experiences in field practicum.

Compare this curriculum to what you have done. Especially note the lack of mental health requirements. Most training is general in nature, and even when mental health is a specialty, there is a poverty of training in that area. Notice that many mental health courses are for 2 hours credit.
