1. That until further order the defendant be restrained and an
injunction is hereby granted restraining him from publishing or
causing to be published to any person or persons the proposed
letter dated the 17th day of August 1996 which forms part of
Exhibit "GM1" to the affidavit of Grant Mitchell sworn on
22 August 1996 and filed herein.
2. That until further order the defendant be restrained and an injunction is hereby granted restraining him from publishing or causing to be published to any person or persons whether orally in writing or otherwise any and all of the matters set forth in the proposed letter dated the 17th August 1996 which forms part of Exhibit "GM1" to the affidavit of Grant Mitchell sworn on 22 August 1996 and filed herein. 3. That the defendant pay the plaintiffs’ costs of this application and orders, to be taxed. AND the parties may be at liberty to apply.
