WELCOME TO

Ray passed away nine years ago today, and he is still with me daily in so much that I do. One person's life CAN make a difference. My own life has taken an upexpected detour, one which having known Ray is helping a great deal. On Dec. 24, 2005, I suffered a serious stroke with left-side paralysis. I'm recovering well and should be 100% within some months, but being dependent on others has been a challenge. I often think of Ray and tell myself if he could do it so can I! Ray changed my life and through those of us who knew him, I believe he has and still is changing the lives of others. If telling his story saves just one person's life, I know Ray would be happy. Here's to you, Raymond Scott Brown, you are NOT and never will be forgotten!

Today, February 18, 2007, marks the tenth anniversary of Ray's passing. I still think of him every day. I'm saddened because recovery from my stroke has been slowed and complicated by surgery for 3 pinched nerves (left arm and wrist). I may never regain full use of my left hand, and this makes it impossible for me to complete Ray's quilt.

If anyone knows of an AIDS quilt panel workshop in Southern California that is willing to help, please email me HERE

Fearuary 18, 2008: Eleven years today and my thoughts of Ray shine as brightly as ever. I am still looking for help with the quilt. Ray deserves the best and when finished this quilt will be a beautiful tribute to a beautiful man.

Ray used to sing this to me in bed and at karaoke!

A proud supporter of the BLUE RIBBON CAMPAIGN for internet freedom of speech.
