YOu have a great page here. I am 22 and was diagnosed 2 years ago with type 1 Diabetes.Its been a struggle! I have been on the Minimed 508 Insulin pump since Sept 98 using Humalog Insulin. My a1c went from 9.9 to 6.8 on the pump. I love it and would recommend it to anyone with Diabetes!If you would like to talk or chat sometime feel free to email me. I still have no peace with diabetes and can only imagen a day with steady bs controll. I have a pump 507c. I suffered a stoke from low bs last May. I still have my vision and my kidneys are working. I have nerve damage and left side weakness with bs highs and lows. Has your daughter greatly suffered with you? I have a 2 & 7 year old girls.Amy
