Welcome To Kirilian's Information Center!

Hello, my name is Kirilian. (Actually, that's not my real name, but I like it anyway).Welcome to my homepage! I have created it to be an information center full of links to web sites and chat rooms that I find interesting. Let me tell you a little about myself. I believe that in order for human beings to be in our optimum state of wellness, that we need to be healthy on all levels: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual. I also believe that traditional and non-traditional methods of medicine are both valid in their own ways, and it would be most beneficial if they could work together for the highest good of humankind. Many of the conditions that plague the elderly population today could be prevented with the properly balanced lifestyle. I am interested in doing research in order to help build a bridge between traditional and non-traditional medicine. To that end, I became an occupational therapist (the most holistic allied health profession in western medicine that I know) and I have studied the healing arts, including: Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Magnified Healing, Enersense, Therapeutic Touch. I also have many other interests, some of which include : Spiritual Paths/Paths to Enlightenment: (Siddha Yoga, SRF, TM, & others); "New Age" pursuits, Music and Musical Instruments, (especially woodwinds; the bassoon, clarinet, saxophone); Books that Entertain and Inspire, Science Fiction/Fantasy, and Genealogy.

I am also including on my page re: Occupational Therapy and other Allied Health Professions, space in which those OT's interested in forming the HEARD SIG for AOTA can communicate with each other.
