Fitness , in my definition, is not being thin or super strong. However, fitness is feeling good, about your body and what you can physically achieve no matter what size you are.Health-
Health is toally different then fitness and it is nice to have both pulling for you. Health is feeling mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally well in your life. When you feel good, you can accomplish so many good things and you will do them with the upmost care and creativity!!!
