People were asked to provide opinions regarding what should be included at a minimum in a policy or guideline regarding sales representatives in the Operating Room.

For purposes of this survey: Policy is a definite course or method of action selected to guide and determine present and future directions. Guideline is an indication or outline of policy or conduct.

An "X" was placed in one of the boxes adjacent to each area of content listed below, depending on where people thought the area of content/statement belonged — in a policy, in a guideline, or neither.
