About Me
I was born on November 11th, 1975 in Kluang Johor. My dad gave me quite a unique name (well...at least I think it's unique)... Rahiza Haszian bte Abdul Rahim. It's a combination of his and my mom's name (Abdul RAHim and HASmah). I went to Sekolah Rendah Tunku Mahmood (2) for my primary education. I spent my wonderful childhood in Kluang, until I reached the age of 13 when our family moved to Batu Pahat.
Well...another 3 years, and off we moved again..now to Johor Bahru, since my dad was promoted to the Education Department over there. I finished off my high-school in Sultan Ibrahim Girls' School in 1992. Went off to study TESL in MPIK, but quit that course because it just didn't suit me. Well..what can I say, being a Science stream student, I am not comfortable at all playing around languages, you know...those MacBeth, Shakespeare and their friends.
I joined University Technology of Malaysia in 1994, majoring in Computer Science. Now..this time, it's quite my cup of tea. I especially enjoyed the Calculus and Accounting class. I graduated for my Diploma in 1997, and continued my study to get a degree. This year, 1999, I graduated with BSc. in Computer Science (2nd Class Upper) majoring in Management Information System. Currently, I'm actively looking for a job.
OK...enough on my education. Now..me as a person, a well, level-headed, strong-minded human being. I love to read novels. I think John Grisham is the best author in the world, and his novels are just superbs. Other than that, I love listening to music. Be it Metallica or Boyzone, from Yanni to Bryan Adams, I just love music. And of course, the Net! I've become closed to the Net since 4 years ago. I no longer spend my time in the chat room though, I prefer surfing around collecting MP3s and read articles concerning computers.
Now, as for my love life, I'm engaged to a wonderful, loving, sweet and understanding guy I've ever met, Zulkifli. Geez..you must think that I said that only because he is my fiancee. :) Well...that is truly what I think of him. We love each other very much and have promised to stay and grow old together. (Perhaps die together? Heee...) Insya-Allah, a millenium wedding is on the way.
