Dr. Murat Aladag's Homepage

My name is Murat Aladag. I'm a physician, devoted to Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
I was born in one of the most beautiful parts of my country, Turkey's Malatya-Sirin county, Ilicak village. I've finished Elementary School in the village and studied Middle and High Schools in Malatya. In 1982 I went to the University of Istanbul Tip Fakultesi to continue my education.
I was 2 years in the Mandatory Service as a doctor in the Turkish Army, in Edirne's lovely Ipsala county and it ended in 1988. Thereafter I continued with my education, 1 year in Inonu University Tip Fakultesi, Anesthesia and Reanimation branch and graduated from "Internal Medicine" on Jan. 17, 1996.
Gastroenterology had always been my favorite subject and I was lucky enough to work with one of the Turkey's most famous and best Gastroenterologists Prof. Dr. Fatih Hilmioglu.
I would like to work 1 year in each of these countries, USA and Japan in Hepatology (viral hepatitis), which is my ideal subject. My biggest vision is to see or even help to acomplish a "Liver Transplantation Dept." in Inonu University.
My interests are studying, reading, at least 3 hours a day, listening to music, especialy Turkish folk and classic Turkish music. I also like to dance and I was told to be the best dancing the "Roman Havasi". I like traveling and one of my favorite vacation spots is Aegean's beautiful city Bodrum.
I'm a "people's person" and I'm always concerned with their problems. I like to chat online and also enjoy life and living to the fullest.
